Unless otherwise directed, we will process your order within 24 hours of your placing it and send it out as soon as possible.

Local or Courier Delivery

We offer delivery in the Five Towns and surrounding areas including Atlantic Beach, Cedarhurst, East Rockaway, Hewlett, Inwood, Lawrence, Long Beach, Lynbrook, North Woodmere, Oceanside, Rockville Centre, Valley Stream and Woodmere.  Local delivery fees will be calculated and added at checkout.

  • For delivery to places not on the above list, please contact our store and we will be happy to quote you a price.
  • Same day delivery to the above areas is available though no specific time can be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for rush deliveries or deliveries at specific times.
  • We do not guarantee delivery to an incorrect address.  No refunds or credits will be given for incorrect address or contact information provided to us.
  • We always try to call the recipient before we deliver a gift to ensure that someone is home to receive the gift. If the gift has to be redelivered there may be an additional charge.

Nationwide Shipping via UPS

We also ship nationwide via UPS Ground. Please note that we do not guarantee a delivery date with UPS Ground delivery.  The delivery dates quoted by us are APPROXIMATE and provided to us by UPS.

  • End of week orders that require shipment via UPS may ship on Monday to avoid your package sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend.
  • Inaccurate, incomplete or invalid shipping addresses may delay order fulfillment.

Shipping in Hot Weather or to Warm Weather Climates

Although we try to take the necessary precautions when shipping in hot weather or to warm weather climates, we cannot be responsible for melting.

  • If your chocolate sits in a metal mailbox/parcel box or in direct sunlight even for a short time, it will likely begin to melt. Thus, please make sure someone is home for delivery or perhaps use a work address.
  • Shipping to hot weather states may require Next Day Delivery.
  • During the Summer months (June-September), all states will be considered as hot weather states and will require ‘warm weather shipping’; which may require an additional charge.
  • Please contact the store if you have any questions regarding shipping.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Dolce experience. If your order is incorrect or defective in some way, please contact us at (516) 374-1940 or 1 (800) 699-GIFT or via email at [email protected] within seven (7) days of receipt for a replacement, refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a replacement, refund or refund to any customer.
